  • Thanks for the video. I made one of these (home depot made the cuts for me). Used less then one sheet of 3/4 inch plywood. Total costs $16. Please continue to post these high quality videos for home fitness options. Your videos are very helpful.

    Mainly just for the wood, I know I'll need screws and wood glue and all that, I'm just not sure what/how much wood to buy.

  • Thanks a lot for this box design. I built some last year for my teams but these are way more versatile with the two sides. I built one yesterday and it went well. Also loved your sandbag info. Also way better than what I had been doing. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
