we dont know if it is the end or not since the rapture episode is set in somewhat of the future and also when stan gets to heven he gets to live out the alternate reality that whold have been if not for the rapture so there just might be another few of these.

@MrDrugsarebad yes. and since they revealed in a recent episode that the future antichrist from the 'rapture's delight' episode is hayley and jeff's present-day adopted child, they could possibly continue the golden turd saga at any time too (seeing as how they obviously didn't mind revisiting a 'future' storyline that had already been concluded in a previous episode - which, coincidentally, was the same episode that last featured, and concluded, the golden turd saga).
