I have a laptop close to this, only with ATi Radeon HD3200 graphics & no webcam. Would it play The Sims 3?

hey guys i have a ? i have this same exact laptop but my graphics card is a 3200 hd...and he says this laptop can play games so if my graphics card is way better can i play games like COD 4.

I have it. I'm a student and use it primarily for internet and writing papers, uploading photos, occasionally playing games. It works great if that's all you want to do on it. If you're really into computers, then it probably won't have everything you need. The battery dies pretty fast on it. Other than that, it's a good deal, you get your money's worth

@toot1231 its better this shitty ass toshiba 600$ laptop 3g of ram and 320G hard drive but the fan doesnt work and my hole laptop over heats in 10 mins on any game

and the FN key doesnt work and i have the touch pad off and i cant turn it back on

when i start my laptop it uses 1.2g of ram with nothing on and my video card can play cod 4 but with every thing off! and i mean every thing and video size is the lowest as well my ping on most servers is 120-300..this laptop is way better than mine

It's a lap top for basic functioning. I just bought one for school and for 400 bucks, you it's honestly not that bad. If you're smart, things like the ram and video card can be upgraded. That said, it comes with a windows 7 upgrade for free.

Keeping in mind I have a great PC and I'm an intel and nvidia fan, this isn't that bad of a lap top for $400.
