Have you ever watched the movie "Kung Fu Hustle"? There's a character that always wears his pants like that, but with no underwear. Hilarious movie, but after watching it I will always associate guys wearing their pants down with this character. (gay, whinny, and is always threaten with a beating)

My 2 younger brother and my older brother always leave his pants below the buttocks and believe me i hate when i have to look at them every morning they head out to school and to work.

Its is my responsibility to teach them some decency but they just dont care which is freaking driving me angry. My younger brother of 15 always shows his butt crack.

I never in my life wear my pants on the ground or show my underwear unless i have no belt and my pants keeps slipping off.
