This information is incomplete. Different countries have different policy on whatever to call stevia. Also, some experts claim that Xylitol is not that good for you and can cause diarrhea. However, these are controversial claims and the advice given in this video is -in general- very good.
Furthermore, all natural unprocessed honey from the area in which one lives can help reduced allergy symptoms by potentially giving an enhanced immunity to the areas allergens. This is a hypothesis supported in evidence by the fact that bees make a natural antihistamine considering they are working to make that sweet honey from the local pollen you are ingesting :)
@SexyAlien2 i didnt find it safe for a few mths of clearing stuff but after i had got it down to a safe level fruit appeared to be fine. Basically it seems to be a balance between fibre, fat and sugar - if you cut out sugar including fruit completely for a while it will starve bacteria - i would guess 4 mths but its different for different people. It took me about 8 mths to be able to eat fruit without being attacked with psoriasis (in my case) but I am fine now

@SexyAlien2 of course
but the new consensus is to not overdo it
maybe 4-5 fruits a day at most
although high fruit diets may work for some people.....
