  • I spot a Resto project!

  • yeah that is definitely an early 50s panel. I had a 58 panel once, those have two headlights and a different grille. Damn it's such a shame these kick ass cars get abandoned out to rot. Don't people understand these will never be built again! ever!

  • looks like the old van from the sopranos,,,when chris and pauly were after the russian ,,,they slept in it all night haha pauly lost his shoe.

  • I looked up bell cleaners lol it said it started in 1941 lol

  • @Todd82TA They might still be around but the number won't work cus you need an area code now,

  • 55 chevy bel air truck

  • The phone number is 054-4044... what kind of number is that?

  • @verbintherain The phone number back then had letters in it. os4-4044 So actually it is 674-4044

  • yeah its 55 -57 chevey

    panel truck

  • Ever tried to contact the company and see if they are still around somewhere? Might be neat to see what they say...

  • Hahaha, Bell cleaners :')

  • to pennyf9 thats a chevy

  • that looks like either a 1956 Chevy or GMC panel truck.

  • I need the steering column from that panel.truck. I lost the one from mine and it's proving very hard to find. I'm using a column from a pickup and the pickup column is 3 inches shorter than the panel truck column. If someone sends me that steering gear/column/top half of the shifter shaft I'll send you $200 and shipping cost

  • get the number and calll it

  • looks like a 55 chevy panel truck what a shame!!!!

  • i think its the original "mystery machine!" scooby and shaggy just finally grew up, started a failed drycleaning business then went on to bigger things!

  • What is that doing there in the middle of the woods

  • @Atmixx We use to find old dump yards full of cars like this outside of Detroit, always thought they were stolen, stripped and dumped, I never found an engine block in one

  • @russix009 Okey

  • Its a 56 Chevy Panel van. At least it has the 56 grill.

  • i would take that and make a grave digger

  • Its a 55 Chevy Suburban

  • i would take that destroyed van, completely fix it up bent hinges bent doors large amounts of rust etc.. and throw a crate chevy engine into it :)

  • This reminds me of the ' Pine Barrens ' episode of 'The Sopranos '.

Paulie and Christopher take the Russian out there to bury him, but he isn't dead. He escapes. They get lost and find an old abandoned van. They eat the packets of relish and jam found on the floor.

  • Beautiful

  • looks like a 1955 panel van

  • Hey Bell, i think you forgot your car!

  • i want to drive them

  • it makes you wonder, what these cars storys are?

  • @Jackmacass Well, im pretty sure this car's story is that it was just an old dry cleaning van. obviously.

  • @Jackmacass yeah i always think that

  • Someone should tow it away and fix it up, with that paint and all that's written on it ;)

  • @yardtechbrando Could be. But the dash was exactly the same in both vehicles. In fact they look the same... exactly the same so argument = invalid.

  • The unknown vehicle you see here is a 1956 GMC Panel Van.

  • @trocz71 It's a Chevy. Look at the grille and the dash. Could be a later year 55 as well.

  • awesome man

  • id tow it back to my house and put it on an old f250 frame and then take it back to the woods lol

  • its a chevy..

  • @Mr4x4forlife 55 to 59

  • I think these things came this way new.....

  • @420Honey you beat me to it!

  • What a rare treasure.

  • wow, im from just north of Toronto!

  • very cool!

  • Hey, go to google maps, type in "373 Antwerp Ave., Sudbury, Ontario, look at the street view. There is an old building among all the houses on that street. Look close at the very top of the building and you can still make out the words "Cleaners" on it. Too neat!

  • @yoni0063 to me it looks almost like "cuban.." just look at where the "E" in "cleaners" would be. It looks like there are loops at the right that make it a "B". Who knows, maybe you're right

  • @yoni0063 wait a minute- now i see the "RS" at the end. What else could it be? Guess it is cleaners. I was wrong :(

  • Where's my suit?

  • If I was able to go to my old cottage I would of been able to get some pictures of a 1950's car, 1950's truck and an old garage(It sunk 8ft so you only see the roof).

  • cook sum shake & bake in that fucker

  • /watch?v=8k76-tUlSqU&feature=g-upl this is wat me and my friiend found

  • I just love the graphics on that o´l Chevy van!

    Shame it´s not alive!

  • chevy

  • The last registered owner should be fined for littering or the mafia that last used it.

  • @dinnerandashow shut up prick...

  • @discocreator76

Why? is this the truck you used to kidnap and molest kids?

  • @dinnerandashow I'll be kidnapping and murdering you if you don't shut up, bell end!!

  • It'll be interesting to see what 373 Antwerp Street looks like today!

  • @Strawberry7Lynn Check out Google maps. Search for 373 Antwerp St, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada and select Street View. Looks like the building this company used is still standing but now converted to apartments. Interesting.

  • @traildust32 Thanks Traildust!

  • It's a 55-56 panel van for sure.

  • where i live on top of the bluff somebody drove a old early 70`s vw van in the woods, and converted it to a hangout, wooden porch, kitchen typ cubbards, bench,i guess stoners made it,i guess over the years trees vegitation over grew the area, cuz i wondered how the hell they made it through the trees.

  • thats it. im going into the woods to get myself a classic car :D

  • 55 to 59 chevy trucks the same body shell i cant tell the difference

  • What would you want to send me the tail light assemble off of the back door?

  • 56 chevy panel van, what a waste

  • Bet you find a body if you keep looking

  • This car is now the property of Squirrels Incorporated

  • that could be a murder site because of it just being abandoned there...

  • GRAVE DIGGER......

  • That's a 1955 Chevy Pannel Van.

  • have you done any research on how it got there/why.

    amazing paint job!

....maybe how it got there... or contact PBS History Dectives?

    Have a safe & peace-filled day e1!

  • 55 or 56 Chevy panel truck. Shame to see it like that. Cool custom classic truck material there!

  • driver made a WRONG TURN 2........muhahahaha.

  • abandoned pedo van

  • @dundermuffin90 you are, and its not van, its delivery..

  • @postmann1000 righto settle down there keyboard warrior.

  • This is about the 5th vid I've seen with this truck. Though it is very rough, this type of vehicle deserves some attention. It does have some sort of historical value & somewhat rare. Would make a great parade vehicle especially if someone with some connection to that company is still around.

  • in that condition its still worth a chunk they are RARE! save it, its way to good to let rot, and exspensive.

  • It is a 1955 chevrolet. This grill was only used one year 1955

  • @xtpuller The grille was the same in 56 too. The 57 had a big oval cutout in the center, and the 58 had quad headlights. The 55 and 56 were pretty much unchanged except for a different badge on the hood and the side badge was moved up on the fender.

  • @xtpuller No its not the only year they used it. They used it in '56 too.

    Cheers

  • country

  • bob says hello to jonny too

  • It's a Task Force Chevrolet. This style of truck was built between 1955 and 1957.

  • That looks like a mid 1960's chevy suburban panel truck.
