Prime Minister Stoltenberg,like Norway's King & Queen have shown themselves to be utterly devastated by these tragic events.Much is made of the 'special relationship' between the UK & Norway,but sadly we never see our Queen openly shed tears,certainly not when London was in the midst of a terror attack in recent years! Maybe our 'dignitaries,government officials AND our Royal family can learn something from Norway.
