Gasoline is $4 per gallon and we have cops wasting it cruising around looking for people to extract revenue from? Not to mention those who waste it driving in circles going nowhere (auto racing). Isn't it time we rethink these two scenarios? Our food prices are going up and up because of the cost of the gasoline needed to deliver that food and we have cops and hillbillies wasting it? WTF?

He got me the address for the phone number. I gave information to the detective. Here's what happened to them. NOTHING!

A great majority of them are kids who were picked on in high school and want to be d-bags to others cause that's how they were treated. Most of them are immature little kids inside, trust me, I know quite a few cops, they're not people I would give a gun and badge to, yes some of them are my friends and I'm saying that. Cops just do what they're told by the higher ups, if they're told to write more tickets, they do that, if they're told to crack down on patriots, they do that. They're just tools

@badfinger11123: I suppose the Court, being made up of lawyers, believes that the police should only protect court officials, and non other. Lawyers are nervous. They've come to realize that the public despises their corruption, and feel the cops will rush to their aid when called upon. Police departments have morphed into state-sanctioned gangs.

Firefighters run into burning buildings when everyone else is running out. They put themselves in danger in order to save lives and property. Cops taze little kids because they don't want to get kicked.

I'm lobbying to have new police departments built that will be a lot like fire departments. They will have sofa's big screen tvs, pool tables, where they can keep themselves occupied when they are not being called upon by the public. This way they will be nice and content instead of out jacking with people on the beat and bored, and places that there not invited.

My car was stolen and I called the police to report it stolen and they told me that they couldn't file a report because they new who it was that stoled it. It was stolen from private property with the sanction of the police because the registration was expired-wtf?

@RP4409 true, homes get destroyed... but you just mentioned the purpose of firefighters: prevent from spreading (along with saving the lives in those homes). You would be singing a different tune if your neighbors house was on fire and firefighters prevented the spread to your house... so in your analogy, they destroyed your neighbors house twice, but saved yours AND possibly your neighbors lives

If the house burns to the ground, insurance pays to rebuild and replace everything. If idiot firefighters show up, then everything in the house gets smoke and water damaged, and the firefighters help the insurance company find excuses not to replace or repair the property.
Only insurance agencies love firefighers.

just the other day my baby had a really high fever and i panic and i called the ambulance.. i had let the door open and the first people to come to my house were the fucking cops.. (good thing i had put all my weed in my drawer since i keep my shit on the living room) and he wanted to go allthe way in the house until i stop him and said where was the ambulance and he said "on its way" then i told him to get out of my house cuz i dirnt call the cops i called the emt..

@brder4ev, Not sure if that's the proper nomenclature but the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that police may enter the home (not to search) but to stop any evidence from being destroyed and in cases of emergencies with probable cause of course. However, in these cases the (plain sight) rule is still applicable.
