The video speaks for itself and demonstrates that Karen Stephens "SisterMaryLitigation" needs a reality check. Attorney Paul Nicoletti obtained a PPO in Judge Martha's court prohibiting his 2 scammed, female clients: Dreilich and Stephens from associating, including attending church or court together.

Martha DAMIANI Anderson also Granted Paul Nicoletti's PPO against Marie Dreilich based on perjury and fraud. Ultimately Martha had Marie Jailed 2x for a total of 8 days because the PPO forbids Karen and Marie from attending court or church together even in the absence of Nicoletti. Marie was jailed for accompanying Karen to Judge McDonald's court where he and Nicoletti apparently took bribes.

Very hateful and spiteful, maybe it would be in the best interest of the general public if she was removed from the bench and only allowed to work as a lawyer in the future. It seems to me as if she thinks she is above the law with respect to this person before her court. The underlying story is that Hon. Martha DAMIANI Anderson is not a happy camper because the attorney Paul Nicoletti filed a perjured Personal Protection Petition against his female former client. The Judge Denied it, but did NOT address the obvious perjury and the fact that this same attorney also obtained Personal Protection Order against another female client involving the same culprit, Viviano, in both female’s cases, whom they discovered Nicoletti was also representing as Pio Masonry .

this lawyer Nicoletti also got other ppo's based on perjury and had another scammed female client thrown in jail by this judge and there is a court order where both of Nicoletti, scammed female clients may not attend church or court together.

The PPO wasnt signed and wasn't served. There is no case.

"I have a constitutional right to be heard." Yes, that's what the appearance in the courtroom is about. EVERYONE in a courtroom must defer to the judge, who here was asking the plaintiff not to interrupt. It's good manners forgotten, not consititutional rights that are infringed. And it's on the part of the def, not the judge.

So far all the carpers about Anderson have failed to convince the disengaged observer. If the PPO was filed, but the hearing never occured nor the PPO executed it is hard to see on what basis the litigant has to complain - other than offended feelings over the PPO application.

IF it had gone to hearing, she could have filed a motion for sanctions during it...or so I would think.

Real Story: Nicoletti filed perjured Petitions for PPO's against his scammed female, former clients. Jdg Anderson is livid because the RESPONSE,now a public record, documents corruption in the Anderson court and that Anderson covered up AGAIN, Nicoletti's perjury. Attny Nicoletti filed his perjured Petitions for PPO's in the incorrect county. Judge Martha Anderson does not even have jurisdiciton. Nicoletti filed in Oakland because he clerked there and was part of the "family" PPO Petitions must be filed in the county where the Respondent resides.
