for ur headphone just buy any kind of iems headphones and then to cover it up us any work canceling headphones lyk the ones they use for constructions, the iems go directly in ur ear and their very cheap they cancel most of the sounds of ur drumset and produce great sound and then the construction headphones help alot to cancel out the headphones and their also very cheap and last u for a long time, hope i helped :)
