I'm not even going to try to explain how crappy that zune pass thing is. First of all you only get 10 songs a month which equates into 10 dollars worth of songs. And it costs 15. So that means the extra 5 is just to access music which you could already access for free on sites like youtube!

I'm just saying it's probably better to either use a program like accuradio or pandora which by the way ARE PERFECTLY FREAKING LEGAL and only have to deal with commercials every once in a blue moon and pandora doesn't even have commercials and then take you 15 dollars and either buy 15 songs or spend 10 on the songs that you would normally get with zune pass and pocket the other 5. On the front of the site they have an add that says that it would cost $30,000 to fill you Ipod with Itunes. Every song on Itunes is $1 now you get 10 songs a month from the zune pass 10 X 12 is 120 songs a year to reach 30,000 songs you would have to use the zune pass for 250 years! With subscription charges that equates into $45,000 before you fill your 120gb Ipod once. That's my point.

Pandora doesn't have any legal limits it just picks up audio from legitimate sources. Neither does accuradio. And while I see your point about how piracy laws are constantly changing and becoming more and more constricting I still say that there are better alternatives. Even Itunes would save you $5 a month and then you could listen to something like Pandora. Of course if Pandora becomes against copyright then so will zune radio unless they severely raise their prices.
