It always boggles my mind how fans record such great quality videos at GNR concerts! I was trying to take pictures only nevermind record a full song with an iphone and security came up to me 3x to tell me to stop or they were going to throw me out, they did that with as many fans as they could find taking pics and recording. It was a real pain in the ass!

The DJ Ashba thing.. he is a great guitarist, but tries too hard to be a carbon copy of Slash... yes, it is distracting. He did the same thing when playing with the Motley Crue guys (changed his appearance to look exactly like Nikki Sixx) I am not saying its a bad thing, its just what he does. At the same time, nobody is going to be confusing him with someone more talented & sure of themselves like Bumblefoot who half the time comes to the stage looking like he just rolled out of bed.

@xechostormx - PERFECT COMMENT! 10 * LOL at the Bumblefoot comment and so true! I think Bumblefoot is the strongest guitarist technically in this lineup followed by Fortus. As much as I agree with your comment about DJ, I have to say, that he has a great personality and is very nice and friendly to fans, much better than Fink and Buckethead who to tell you the truth I wondered what they were doing in the band, they just did not fit in!

Axl's voice is fascinating, how he sings nowadays is far different than in his "prime"... but he is singing great today don't get me wrong, I just think he sang with far more ruthless aggression and raw emotion in the 80's and 90's.

@77Mattias77 none of them try and play like him, they all pay respect to the songs that were written before they joined but they don't tribute him. also theres three guitars so whats put on an album can be recreated more accurately. an album will usually have 3 guitar parts. i think it makes the sound better. also i like slash and he's great but...these guitar players run rings around him, even the songs they write are better than what he does these days check out invisible by bumblefoot.

@ALLwayTOroute96 Not exacly, Ashba, Ron and Richard are all both rhytm and lead guitarist. In songs like Estranged the leaders are Ron and Ashba, but in songs like Live And Let Die the lead part plays Richard ;p And i think that no one of his is for "magic"

Axl doesn't got the kick in his his voice like he did like 20-30 years ago. He's really struggeling on this song, it almost becomes an opera because he can't handle the tones like he did in the 80-90s.
