One criticism I have with the approach taken in this video: Not allowing people to connect to Pirate Bay is not a bad thing in the eyes of most people. Of course, if you use it you love it, but you still can't defend its practices. There are a number of better examples, as well as more compelling facets to the argument, than "We should have the right to watch movies without paying for them".

If it happens to be illegal then it should be stopped, but that is similar to banning organizations to stop gang violence. It solves the issue (maybe) but it also removes the rights of the innocent.
