@drdhdmd Yes, if the car has nicad, nickel metal hydride or most like lead acids it can. They are just not designed for lithium ions. I'd recommend the 20A12 rejuvenator to treat your batteries periodically. We used to have an E-car charger specific to an entire lead acid battery bank for electric cars and after each charge on a used bank, the mileage got longer and longer and longer until it hit a plateau. That is because this charging technology doesn't destroy the battery with each charge.
