Ez csak aerobik,semmi köze az igazi yogához.Pontosan az ilyen videók miatt alakul ki az emberekben téves elképzelés a a valódi yogáról.
Félrevezető ,cirkuszi torna. Indiában a piacokon lehet látni ilyeneket .:)
