If a woman does not want to grow long hair, that is her choice, but if she want's long hair and can't grow it then videos like this may help her. Or it would be good for her to learn how to care for African textured hair. That's what I did. I don't believe that I have to have short hair to be real. God gave it to me so it can be a long veil that adorns me. And God is who helped me to grow it cause He cares even about that.

@XxlaviidiamondxX I've been in the same shoes as you. Just start by asking to get braids, when you get them just start using products like braid spray (moisturize) and some olive oil (seal). Start doing different styles with your hair when you take the braids out (twists, twistouts) your family will think they're cute and your hair will start to grow more. Your family will start to trust you more with you own hair. I do my own hair and I'm 16.
