The fact is that there are hardly any good Japanese blues players because they don't grow up with R&B being part of their cultural frame of reference. Char is the best at it because of the diversity of his musical experience helped him understand how to do it right. This version, like good blues does, created a lot of rhythmic tension and that helped make it very emotionally satisfying. Hayatebune showed he really understands the blues idiom in all facets. 5/5

great blues feel but... I don't really see "red house" in it, you know~
I did like the bluesy licks and the tone, but it's more like a 'blues improv' than 'red house interpretation'
