Looks Awesome!! What did you use for the front hubs, spindles, a-arms, ball joints, tie rods, rack-pinion, shocks?? I need to finish my build, FZ750... I'm trying to research what works best... so any info would be appreciated.. thanks!!
Use spindles off of a Miata. There is a ton of info on line about the a-arms and such...you can get the spindles and hubs then add high performance brakes and there should be no problems. Search locoast stuff as well.
If you look in the files in the Lo-T3k group you will see RQTin a 3D file that you can down load. I am still working on Reverse Trikes but I also am working on some other projects that are takeing up a lot of my time. I hope to be back at the RTs soon, real soon.
No plans purchased, I just sat down and started looking at things. I let my ideas flow. Looking back, some I dont like and some I do. I learned a lot on the first build.
If that was one of your builds what would your other builds be like. I'm no expert but that trike should some how go into production and see what happens...
Hey, go to Yahoo groups and check out the Lo-T3k group as well as the other 3wheeler groups...a ton of info there to help one build a RT. I will help as much as I can.
It was stable at high speeds but I used Chevy S-10 spindles and put left to right and right to left, I turned them around. Doing this messed up the steering geometry, next time I wont do that. I learned a lot from this build and when I do it again...it will be so much better. Thank you
did u get the shocks stysle or idea from the traxxas revo?

do you think having the engine in the front would improve stability?

Looks really good. Did you finish the project? I have two Ninja 900 and the Indycycle plans. Is that what you used to build it.

Killer project, nice job! One thing though, I can't escape the name of the trike sounding like "Our Cutie".

It is RQT after my kids. I used the first letter of each name in age order. RQT, it works for me.
Thanks
