  • My late father, and indeed late uncle were USAF right to their very core, and were the best examples of AIR FORCE BLUE. GOD BLESS YOU for posting this video. I was in the US.ARMY myself, but this song will always have a place in my heat.Have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS HOOAH!!

  • The B-17 and B-24 were U.S. ARMY air corps/ ARMY air forces aircraft during WW2, not Air Farce aircraft, and so do not belong in this video.

  • @therealhannoverfisk The U.S. Air Force is the direct linear descendant of the Army Air Corps/Army Air Forces, and this is part of their legacy.

  • the SR-71 was replaced by satillights and other recon aircraft such as the U-2.

  • The SR71 has been out of service for many yrs now. It was replaced by.......'something'. This is actually pretty well done.

Give it 4 yrs and the AF will be restored once again as it was in the early 80s. I envy them so much, as diabetes kept me out 30 yrs ago.

  • That Blackbird is last spy (maybe still in service) plane ...replaced the U-2.
