I have personal friends as police officers, this is how it works. Police officers are peace keepers only, the only time they are allowed to use force is 1. There life is in danger. 2. You have committed a crime which they witnessed and your putting other people in danger. That is pretty much it, or! you touch them!. So if you haven't committed number one or number two they can yell at you all they like but they are not authorized to use force against you.
