I miss the magic that used to be in the animated disney movies. Not to knock down the Pixar 3D animations, but something about the cartoon aspect had something about it that touched my childhood more. Disney needs to get back to how they used to be and stop with all these bad shows. I miss house of mouse and the goofy cartoons along with the donald and his nephew cartoons as well. And they need to bring out movies with the same magic as Lion King and Aladdin.

@d0hhhboy The ''nail in the coffin'', as it were for classics like Tarzan and others, is that for the past decade, Disney has been investing nearly 3x as much into Disney Pixar than they ever did for animated movies; Toy Story 3 wasn't a complete failure, and when the animated version of ''The Princess and the Frog'' failed to meet the mark, they pretty much gave up on animated movies, turning completely to CGI films. Still, Walt Disney remains one of my idols because of his visions.

@raventamer99 I thought Toy Story 3 was the best movie Pixar has put out, and as far as I'm concerned they haven't made a bad movie. It's still the same basic movies, sure everything before 2000 was better but that could just be nostalgia talking. Disney is still producing gold as far as I'm concerned.

Maybe I did speak a little harshly about their CGI stuff; I was happy to still see Buzz and Woody still at it, and who could deny that Finding Nemo isn't funny as hell, no matter what age? I think I miss these awesome soundtracks more than anything. But I still agree with you 100% Disney simply have too many great writers on the payroll. They may have changed, but they stick to their roots.
