I was perhaps the youngest person ever appointed to the shellfish advisory committee in 1981(?). I recall it as an enlightening experience in politics. I was shocked to witness backstabbing, lying and yelling at one meeting. Watching this video, I felt the clock turn back nearly 30 years. All you needed was a 90 year old man in the audience to stand up and yell, "Don't give us that crap, I remember when you killed that calf with a ball peen hammer! Ya always was a liar!" Nothing has changed.
