@myndcryme64 LMAO! No offence, but he fitted a damn site better than Parker. Once Stone left, they should've kept to one guitarist (Whip) and had Parker as a live session guitarist.
Mike Stone is a great musician, but Queensryche needs a low profile guitarrist to play only some background parts and a few solos, a hired musician after the Kelly Gray fail.
Like Vivian Campbell on Def Leppard or Steve Vai on Whitesnake...
One more time I say: DeGarmo it's the perfect part on that puzzle.
So nice to hear a newer recording of this gem. Sounded very much like the day. Geoff sounded much better than I expected (and I saw the Warning tour when they opened up for KISS in the mid 80's.
Damn i missed this show! They opened for Priest. Thing was i saw them earlier in same
year where it was just QR and they did mindcrime in full..They opened with "The whisper" in which he sang it in a low monotone style that i did'nt care for.But
Come on man, Bruce Dickenson has to be at the top of your list. Check out - Iron Maiden Brighter than a Thousand Suns..He is at age 50 still hitting the high notes.
No he didn't fit. Parker is a nice addition

What happened to the ending of the song?
"Once long ago we had to hide in the shadows...
Enforcer's taken hold of us all"
Still a great performance.
I do miss the "Enforcer is our destiny" shout out as well.

Yeah!!!!!! They opened for Priest. And picked up the setlist very carefully, a heavy set w/ mostly songs from EP, WARNING & RAGE FOR ORDER

Although he didn't try to hit the high note just before the guitar solo, he's still the best. Just an unbelievable voice.
He, Tony Harnell, and Rob Halford are the 3 best metal singers of all time.
