you dont need to killer him just take over all of the families business and you will unlock the compound and once you blow up the compound he is dead

you cazn get lots more check evry buisines u own even micheal corleones compound eventually u can up grade them.also in your family you gan see a space to your right,a man called tom(from the opening trailer) will fill in that spot
