I know a gentlemen that is doing this process and bought a brand new car using the AFV or lien (i am unsure), I am studying and discovered that it is commonly done with a lien, I asked the gentlemen for advice on it and was said to pay him 10,000 for the process to be done for he will not give information to someone as young as me... I am 20 .. Is that a scam he is doing (because it is bogus )

In your cover letter did you give me x amount of days to respond? i do not like to use this for a discussion board email me please there are possoble reason why this is not working for you.
