@GreatDarkNoodleKing (SPOILER): There are different theories about Orochimaru. Some say he is completely dead because Itachi sealed him away with the sword of Totsuka (Susanoo technique). People think Kabuto is trying to get Sasuke's eyes to get Orochimaru back because he can use the Susanoo technique as well when he got Sasuke's eyes. Others say that Orochimaru lives within Kabuto because he took over Oro's DNA.

However,I think Kabuto needs a cursed seal for that, and for now, it looks like he doesnt have one. Kabuto made himself important enough, more important then Orochimaru. It seems he knows the truth about Madara, and can even threaten him with the Edo Tensei. (The unknown person he called from the death). So I think Oro is dead.

Its just Madara and Kabuto now. + There are still some secrets and mysteries around him. So I think we will see more about Kabuto and nothing about Oro anymore. Anyway, Kabuto became a even weirder maniac then he already was because of Oro's DNA, but he is still ''kabuto''.
