@foroeste1 calorie burn depends on a lot of factors - weight, amount of muscle mass, intensity of work done, length of time/rest ratio, etc. so it's difficult for me to give you a hard number. That's also why I don't pay attention to calories burned during a workout because it's really a moot point. Workout intensely for a short period of time on a consistent basis, pay attention to your nutrition and you'll get the results you're after.
These workouts of yours, how often do you do them each week? 7days a week b/c they are only 10mins? Every other day? I'd like to know exactly how ofte you, yourself do these workouts during the course of the week. Thanks! Great channel btw!
@roscolane It depends on the week and how much time I have each day. Because they're set up in 10-minute circuits, and/or add-on workouts the minimum is 10 minutes per day and if I have time I'll do another 10 minute circuit or one of my add-on workouts. I'll do that 3 days per week and then do my bodyweight cardio workouts 2 or 3 days per week.
