what kind of filters are you useing and did you stack up the rocks while the fish were still in there?

Filters used are AquaClear 110 and AquaClear 70. The tank is usually empty when I decorate or rearrange the tank.

getting a 6x2x2 or 6x2x2.5 deep later this year .. cant wait been ages since had cichlids .. will post set up when done ..

tank looks just as good ... do you have rocks stacked in middle or against the back of the tank ?

either way it looks cool, lots of nooks and holes for fish ..

also just a quick note,

i checked volumes and 1 US gal is 3.8 litres ..

only saying this because i in australia and was a bit confused about some tank sizes .. a guy on here had what looked like a 9ft tank and said it was 720 litres but a 6x2x2 tank is is 666 litres .. no biggie

Thanks for the comments! I find it easier to maintain and clean the filters when using aquaclears. I use both filters for redundancy.

Thanks. My Hongis and Demasonis had spawns so I wanted to make room so I can stock some of the juveniles.
