This is very true. People search for the big spiritual experience when actually it's right there all along. Spirituality is every part of our lives it's all the little things, sunrise, sunshine, birds singing, children laughing everything just waking up. It's also in the books we read, the youtube videos we watch nothing is excluded but it's not one big experience it's all the little ones that make up the whole. Take a breathe and you've just had a spiritual experience, it's life itself.

Read "We Don't Die" and "Hello From Heaven" and "Embraced by the Light" and all the other great books based on the truth. Open your eyes to the actuality that we never truly leave our loved ones. It is in you and all that is fine. Fact is we right here in the United States we slaughter 10 billion animals every year just for food when there is no need for it. How can people without control over desires inhumanely go around killing animals, extinguish the seed of compassion within, and then pretend to look for The One inside? I agree, it is terrible the holocaust happening to animals. Christine Breese herself refuses to eat animals based on the fact that she simply cannot bring her heart to do it. Almost everyone who works at her University is a vegetarian (although it's not a job requirement) and everyone feels like you do about the animals. Christine Breese has been a vegetarian for about 2 decades. I'll suggest it as a topic to her, she'll probably be interested in doing one on that. Meat eating breaks her heart.

But still a good start. What's troubling is - get a lovely pet, and have Zen Cola with steak concept.
