shadowmere (invincible horse) can be obtained after the purification quest from the dark brotherhood. The hose is strong and very fast and CAN'T be killed, only knocked unconscious. If you leave her behind while she is unconscious she can be found again at fort farragut. The purification quest can be started by talking to a man by the name of Lucien Lachance. Lucien thinks there is a spy in the dark brotherhood and wants you to get rid of him.

That quest is in oblivion. You get a power wich can summon a powerfull ghost, and that powerfull ghost is Lucien Lachance. So with other words, Lucien is dead. You get the quest from Astrid if i am correct.

Seamus if you want to throw something away just throw away bones and scales, they are only good for making Dragon armor and a single dragon gives you enough to make one piece of armor. You will never want for dragon scales and bones. Don't even bother looting them unless you plan to sell them immediately or are making armor.
