lol legends gym is soo overated. a good majority of the people who train there are either a bunch pot heads, junkies, or punks. I mean don't get me wrong they have some good guys there and most of the instructers are legit but what i find wierd about legends gym is that instead of bieng so much of a gym they tend to be more like a trend. almost like a mcdojo bassically luring people who feel like they just want to train cuz it makes them look cool or give them value instead of training to learn

E Bravo hasn't just come out of no where... First guy to tap Royler Gracie in competition (Abu Dhabi Brasil) which merits one of the best BJJ guys in the world. He created the Rubber Guard which is used by many fighters today,to make it successful, you have to practice it extensively and have the flexibility to make it work... Frank Mir, Shinya Aoki, and Dustin Hazelett have trained with E Bravo.... Legitamacy? Please...
