He had meatings with many other countries also, and resigned and was not part of the jury when they woted. And remember, the russian jury was only one of 42 countries with a jury. Every country had their own jury who decided half the votes for each country, the other half were people voting. So this man was only a member of one jury, not the director for the competition.
