Too bad Gary Glitter turned out to be a sicko.I like Rockn Roll part 2. He was no different than Michael Jackson. Only difference was that Michael was aquitted.Jackson was a sicko too but the media treated his funeral like it was Princess Diana's.Doubt they will treat Gary Glitters funeral that way

A remake of this Song would be brilliant . It could be sung by Fan's all every generation of Doctor Who since 1963 , the new Fan's , especially the younger ones , could play a big part in a remake of the Song thou as they are the ones keeping the Show going with the continuous buying of the Action Figures , DVD releases , Books , Games , Magazines like Doctor Who Adventures etc .

Fantastic job. I was living in England in the 80s when this song came out and it's been in my head recently, so I went looking for it on YouTube. Your tribute is by far the most impressive. Did you remix and lengthen the audio, too? If so, that's as seemless as the video. I love how the scenes match the tempo and beat so well.

I own this CD as a Singles album, and it includes the 3~ minute one and an extended version that lasts the seven minutes seen/heard here. I did not edit the audio, I just used the extended version. Thanks for your compliments :3 I'm so happy to see that this video is still receiving comments and ratings and impressing Doctor Who fans two years after I posted it xD

Heh, keen eye there. Kudos to you. Actually, I got those clips from the Doctor Who Confidential episode about the Doctor's use of gadgets in the old and now the new series. They aren't actually from the episodes, I took them from the Confidential episode to save time and effort. :-p

i heard the song before i saw the original video, and i must say when i saw the original finally i was disappointed. it didnt look anything like doctor who! and whats a big police car got to do with the dr?

That's why I dislike the original, and that's why a lot of people make their own like I did. Because the "official" music video to the song sucks horribly.

As for what a big police car has to do with Doctor Who; absolutely nothing. It just so happens to be the band's mascot, the JAMSmobile, aka the "Ford TimeLord" for the music video when they called themselves the Time Lords.

Impressive , 7 minutes , ive seen loads of videos with this music but 7 minutes of the song which you obviously altered abit by moving some bits of the song around and stuff and making it longer seem to work well .

I didn't lengthen the song. This is the "12'" version from the CD. It is just a longer version of the song. There is the 3~ minute version, then the 7~ minute version.

I believe the clip you are refering to came from the 2005 Children in Need Special. The Doctor heads back for Earth to calm Rose down after his regeneration, and that clip is then shown.
