The translation is by far more accurate than your crap youre mumbling , because it`s supposed to REFLECT something (and it is reaching it`s goal) . In romanian language 1 word can mean alot of things depending on what exactly you wanna say with it , and the context you`re using it.
There is no such expression in english. In order to avoid using "promulgate", you can use another legal term, but more popular, "issue" - "laws issued by assholes".

Aia care asculta manele sunt in marea lor majoritate romani. Tiganii asculta ca e muzica lor si e apropiata de sufletul lor. dar de ce asculta romanii. De ce romancele ies in cluburi cu gitani? De ce paturi mari sociale de romani adopta obiceiurile tiganesti? Eu le spun romani tiganizati. Asta e problema. Ca suntem un popor slab care iubeste mica ciupeala, bacsisul, chilipirul. Am facut imn national din "Lasa ba ca romanu se descurca, ca e smecher." De asta ne cred tigani pt ca ne comportam asa

@alinricman - manelele si tiganizarea Romaniei este promovata de posturile comerciale de tv, iar aceste posturi apartin in general unor straini. La Malta Vestul si cu Gobaciov au decis sa schimbe granitele Europei prin a rupe anumite tari si a infiinta anumite regiuni. Romania, conform acestei decizi ar urma sa fie rupta in bucati, cu Transilvania data la unguri, iar Timisoara, Mehedintiul si Doljul sa fie transformate in "tara tiganilor". Din acest motiv ProstTV promoveaza tiganizarea Romaniei.

sunt din romania ma si am trait in 8 tari in europa. fata de tine care banuiesc ca traiesti intrun cartier din spania de 10 ani te cunosc toti veciniii si esti foarte pozitiv ca toti strainii respecta romanii si fac diferenta intre noi si tiganii. by the way, daca esti tigan. sa ma sgggii de poola

I think the ignorants are you, prejudging folks in western europe.. I've never told you that you're a gypsy and in thoose countries there has never been that problem, more than in spain and italy...

@kalledelacalle nobody says that you said that but most people that hear about romanian people think that they are gypsies this is a big problem.There are some people like this that automatically classifies you as a gypsie if he hears you that you are from Romania

you romanians can't out from your country that much, people aren't saying that you're gypsies in that rate you claim.. I've honestly never heard anyone told that a gypsy is romanian. There are gypsies in every european country, stop complaining.
