Here a woman strangled her 12yr old daughter and got off no joke they said she was in a mental state at the time she was not able to control her emotions.blah blah blah, in winnipeg a man severed the head of ayoung man while he was asleep on the bus and ate parts of his flesh. they said he was unfit to stand trial so now hes free too. etc etc. soo sad

para empezar no hay familias perfectas añadiendo que la violencia intrafamiliar es primera causa de muerte de mujeres en méxico, creo que es una vergüenza que el gobierno transforme en criminales a personas que sólo se defendieron contra una persona que ya estaba bien identificada de ser un peligro

@Redvahido I agree! if people had more support and protection from the system, walking away from abuse would be easier but instead they are left behind to defend themselves and in the end the victims pay the price. this is truly sad for this family. I fear now life will be worse for them but I don't know how the mexican justice system works but in Canada our system is a joke. the criminals walk free ALL THE TIME.

@maniclater If canadian justice system is a joke the mexican justice service is a circus!!! is not bad but there´s a lot of crimes to solve is too much time to spend just for a investigation etc etc and dangerous criminals in jail here get a) killed b) being recluted in a gang (and if you are in a gang you get your head off by another gang) minor criminals just become dangerous criminals in jail...is a mess up D:

@maniclater how the mexican justice system "works"? laws are the same for everyone but they apply differently depending on the person. if you're a politician or have a lot of money no matter what you do you don't even touch jail; you are poor? what you just saw. watch the documentary "presunto culpable" here on youtube
