@AndreasvanHaren: Yes there are some who have been able to use it in a cosmic manner. To explain the experience would be like putting water in a brown paper bag and attempting to shape it. The easiest way that it can be described, is like being awaken after a long slumber and being told that this world was just a lucid dream. Think of the spinal cord and it's "electric" energy running up into the brain and ending in the Pineal Gland. Visualize the energy flowing up and the Pineal Gland glowing and activating. Once that is done put your attention to the center of your head and imagine seeing out through the forehead region, or sending the energy straight up and out. It takes practice just to bypass your rational mind but keep at it and know that it is happening. Resist having expectations and master the experience.
