I think I get it. The song is about a boy and a girl (That maybe Tom DeLonge knew in his high school years) and the boy was invited over to the girl's house, and the girl humiliated him (I read somewhere that her and her friend's pelted the guy with water balloons). And I think Holly must have been a cheerleader (one of those stuck up bitches), hence the cheerleader style drums before the guitar and bass kick in. Just a theory though.
