wait bro...i just took up my quran book and there wasnt Bismillah in the sura al-taubah...and i think the quran knows best ...plz pick up a quran and see by yourself bro!! ps. (ask your shaikh why there is no bismillah in sura al-taubah written in the quran)

I know (bro/sis), it isnt the beginning, its the middle and there is two opinions.
Opinion 1) Don't recite bismillah, because Allah didn't start the Surah with Bismillah.
Opinion 2) Surah At-Taubah is like any other Surah, meaning you can recite Bismillah in the middle also.

Well my Sheikh told me. He's pretty knowledgeable (he memorized the Quran, Saheeh Bukhari and Muslim both MashaAllah).

I know there is no Bismillah in Surah At-Taubah :)
Theres a few reasons that I know of:

1) Its the Surah of Repentance. You don't start repentance with Bismillah.
2) Its a very harsh Surah for the Munafiqun (hypocrites), so it shouldn't start with Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem, The most Gracious the Most Merciful
