  • She looks like a man hater

  • I cocked the hammer on my American Derringer (Chambers Empty) and pushed on the firing pins. They have springs just like the bond. The rebounding hammer of the bond just puts it into 1/2 cock automatically. As long as you 1/2 cock and engage the safety on the American it is as safe as the Bond IMHO. The ND's you cited must be "idiot error". You just need to think more with the AD and 1/2 cock IMHO. What was ammo doing on the factory floor of AD?

  • @Barkforum to be perfectly honest, I did not know American Derringer was still around. They could have added things. I really do not know. I will say it is hard to beat the number of safe features on the Bond. Most of the time you get what you pay for. I have a bunch of Bonds and all are great. I really became gun paranoid after myself and TWO friends had Glocks blow up in their hands. Scared me! I mean really scared me! I thought it blew my hand off and I was afraid to look. Please be safe!

  • I had not heard these stories... I knew of the policeman who sued for a ND. Quick Q - IF you always 1/2 cock and engage safety BEFORE you load is it safe, or were these ND's the result of operator error by not following the safety protocol. In other words if you drop it with the safety on will it discharge by way of the inertia on the pins alone? I like the Bond, but I wish it was smaller, with round barrels, and a traditional BBL release instead of the non-traditional lever - like the Rem...

  • I am not a fan of the Bond Arms. It is big and bulky and HEAVY in the pocket. I have an American Derringer M-1 in .45/410 and love it. I had a Bond and think the AM Derr is built just as good, but is smaller and true to the original Remington design. The trigger on the Am Derr is WAY better. The bond you have to pull up in an awkward fashion making it hard to fire.

  • @Barkforum everyone has an opinion. But you are the first person I know of that went from a Bond to an AD. The problem with the American Derringer is that it will kill you if you do not know exactly how it works. A worker at AM Derr was shot dead on the the factory floor. Then in court later they were trying to show it was safe and it went off in court. A local close to here got killed by one as he tossed it on the bed and it shot him dead. Bond has an inertia trigger much safer.

  • Imagine her finger off of the trigger like it should be!

  • Would this be classified as kiddie porn???

  • Now if she will just get her finger off of the trigger til she really needs it there.

Amazed the company staff did not catch that . . .

  • @squrelbate uh.......wouldnt that make you a pedaphile. Please keep it clean guys. She isonly12 here ya know. I try not to remove stuff but give me a break.

  • @bluerazors I don't know what was said but the Bond arms channel said she is 17 years old.just bringing it to your attention.I thought she looked awfully young for 17.

  • @dieselmac Yes you are in fact correct. I told them ages ago they had her age wrong on their site. She is only of 12 in this video. It amazed me how well she handled the gun for a 12 year old that had never fired a gun before. She shot it alot, and I liked the way she said "this derringer rocks" so I had to put it on Youtube. She is 16 now, I can't wait to have her come out and shoot the derringer again. She also shoots10M air rifle. Want to get her into rifles and skeet as well.

  • I love Guns! They have given me so much enjoyment over my 57 years. i do not understand everybody does not love guns. America was won with guns! How can anyone deny them? WE ARE AMERICANS --- THIS IS OUR HERITAGE --- OUR HISTORY! Duh, get used to it! You don't like it ? Go somewhere else!

  • Blonds R stoopid!

  • Damn, only 12? Good job girl! Good to see a parent teaching responsible firearm practice.

  • Still awful big/bulky to slip in your pocket. What is the point of a "pocket-gun" that you have to wear in a belt holster. I can use my Kahr P9 for that. Better off with a NAA mini-revolver or guardian. Get a few more shots at your disposal too.

  • You would have to carry and shoot one to appreciate it. I carry mine in the front right pocket behind a wallet for stealth. You forget it is there. There is no other pocket gun I know of as deadly as a 3" magnum .410 with five balls. That is 10 projectiles right on target faster than you could ever fire them in a Kahr. You then carry a few spares. You could put a wicked frangible 45 Long Colt for the first shot and a 3" Mag second etc.. It has proven lethal anywhere it has been employed.

  • Hi i agree with that ,I own one too very leathal and a great carry gun .Sleepy

  • that was to bluerazors comment.

  • im not having a go or anything but why do you guys carry a gun in your pocket when you go out. is it because its your right to do it and therefore is everyone in the countrys right to also carry one and you dont think some of the others are responsible enough to use their right to carry a gun and not fruck up with it ? or is there a feeling of mistrust or paranoia or something in most americans? or something else entirely, like it just makes you look cool to your friends or something?

  • Appletreecone: To many Americans guns are a way of life. We keep the tradition close. Better shooters make better military, law enforcers and citizens. Women who carry and shoot can equalize a sitiuation and not be a victim.Places that lose the tradition pay the price and scum rules.

Also a great sport. Some people bowl, I shoot guns.

Visit the US, get into shooting and you will get the point. The sound of freedom is BANG!

  • thankyou for the reply, i see your point on that :) . I have had my H licence to shoot pistols at club level for about 6 months now and am loving it so i'll be legally allowed to own my own pistol in another month, its competetive and heaps of fun too (im trying to get my friends into it too hehehe), im concentration on "Action" shooting (with the mover and the plates etc) and really hope my club sends me to the US when im good enough for some comps, might see me on TV in a few years! WOO ! :P

  • Paranoia + Looking Cool? You only have one shot at making the most of your life. Will you let some misfit ruin it for you, or will you take action? I'm not paranoid; I'm prepared.

  • Search for "Hillbillies mess with the WRONG guy" here on youtube. Watch the entire video. Then try to tell me that shit can't happen to you because you're Mr./Ms. Perfect. It happens every day- all day- and can happen to anyone. Even you.

  • @squrelbate the fuck you on about now ?

  • @appletreecone Nice Grammar...

  • @squrelbate nice reply...

  • @appletreecone its better than a Karate chop.no not everyone is scared.not everyone thinks like a cowboy.but if you can't fight with your hands you need something more.some areas are worse than others and you need a little help.thats it plane and simple.the right to defend yourself.plus we just like things that go bang.ever see Quigley down under?

  • @dieselmac never seen quigley, sorry :(

  • @appletreecone Hows this? I started carrying after having four guys stop down the street and jump out with baseball bats as I was walking and soon to be running for my life. Never seen them before and had no idea who they were. My question is why don't you carry? Is it a feeling that everyone you come across is harmless and wouldn't dare think of hurting you?

  • @offonroad

    1. this post is is over a year old, stop trolling.

2.cant carry firearms in this country

3.someone fucks with me on the street, they get fucked up without the need for a gun.

  • @appletreecone I don't care how old the post is, if I want to leave my two cents. I will.

  • @offonroad trololololol

  • @appletreecone I can see the reason for your hostility, you live in a country where your government tells you what you can and cannot do. LMAO!

  • @offonroad trololololol

  • No doubts NAA is best to fit in a cigarrets box, but the bond arms is pretty versatile.

You can switch barrels easily to fire almost everything. With a little bit of imagination you can build a longer barrel to fire the shells and a custom stock and there you go, can hunt pigeons.

  • .22 vs .410/.45 no way I love my bondarms it is the perfect gun for my area NAAs are good for the city, but here in sothern West Virginia where the attacker is more likely to be animal than human big bore guns are king. If pain only makes the attacker madder stopping power is vital

  • She is only 12 in this vid. A very tough 12 year old.

  • She scares me.... blonde with her finger glued to the trigger. = (

  • I think I'm in love.

  • Ahhh, Krissie? Would you mind keeping your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target?!

  • Actually its a single action gun, you would have to cock the gun before you can even shoot it. Leaving your finger on the trigger wouldn't do anything. But for safety reason I guess you should.

  • Jeff Cooper's Rules of Gun Safety

RULE I: ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

RULE II: NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY

RULE III: KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

RULE IV: BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET

  • Nice to see a girl shooting...but, gotta say the video is not very impressive. Be nice to see the targets cause she is probably dead on.

  • yea she is cool

  • ... ?

  • Could this be the next Annie Oakley?!

Our Founding Father's would be proud!

  • Our Founders would be very proud as they respected strength. You can be a hammer or a nail. This mighty little gal is a hammer!
