@dumbhycute... We performed with Sitti in this place. The diction you are saying is not applicable here. The sound system is not suited for bands because they don't have proper monitors and amplifiers for the guitar and bass. Therefore it affects the whole output of the music. Overloaded amp and bad mic caused the bad diction. It was a good place to go, anyway it's a comedy bar. Btw, bossa nova is Brazilian music, it should sound that way and the words must be pronounced that way.

bopols... diction ka dyan.. when your singing u are following a certain patternor musical rhythm.. and if you make diction it would be just like u are talking... edi para kang natula nyan... its the theme or musical style that dictates the way you will pronounce the song...

I think she is a talented one, but AS FAR AS THIS PARTICULAR SONG IS CONCERNED, her version leaves a lot to be desired.

She should not have picked it, she did not do justice to Leah Salonga, who was chosen to render it, and Leah's version up to now is unparalleled.

MOREOVER, she did not do justice to Ryan Cayabyab, who composed this, and I cannot imagine what Ryan would say about Sitti's rendition.
