@ThatTechShow2 There is no specific name. Do you have after effects? If so pull up your text layer and select the rotoscope tool. Then you create mask around it. Then change the mask shape frame by frame to show what you want to appear (make sure you have the keyframing one). Changing the shape allows you to see the footage underneath it. In this case a person.
