Great topic, hope you cover it from other angles in future. This is one of the very few vids I disagree with somewhat. The syntax regarding "right to consent" isn't the main issue IMO. Monopolies are dealt with by antitrust legislation not the constitution as I understand it. The problem in that arena is that existing antitrust laws aren't enforced. The biggest issues though are covered by Ron Paul - unconstiutional income tax and fiat currency which enables these monopolies and other problems.

Another thing this video made me think of is the education of our children. My daughter's public school doesn't even teach history anymore. When I realized that she didn't even know what the Revolutionary War was, or what minutemen were, I started teaching her history at home. She had not even been taught the name George Washington. By the time she has children of her own, will they even know what the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence are? Is freedom just a thing of the past?
