  • I've used plain waxed paper instead of foil (more biodegradable) with no problem.

  • Hi Terry thanks a lot for the recipe. I love the way you expained every step. I tried it out but unfortunately the texture of my loaf turned out to be quit dry. This is my second time of backing as am not a backing person. But will not give up.
