Great post! But... "If you drank at T.A. Vern's in the Eighties, you saw Problem Child, Milwaukee's best 80's rock band." -> actually, no. If you drank there in the 80's, they would have been known as "Stilletto" They renamed themselves "Problem Child" around '90 or '91. I snorted blow with the singer 'Daryl' and a couple of hotties back in '94. One of my old bands also did a couple of shows with them at Verns, on this very stage. Man this brings back some memories. I feel old as hell ---> :(

I played guitar in a short-lived-band named 'Saviour Soul' (we were a bit heavier & darker). We did a two-night opener with PC, at Verns', in the spring of '94, and actually got a Summer Fest gig out of it. Marylin Mee was at the 2nd show & booked us on the spot, for a July 3rd Rock Stage gig. Those Problem Child gigs did wonders for our own following. If you remember, These guys always packed the place FULL of people. We managed to borrow some of their following for our own shows. Good times.

Again... Thanks for posting this. Reminds me of some fun times. Any more vids from Ta VERNS? I found some old TA Realm stuff here on YT... but that's about all I could find that I was interested in.

God, I've got cousins who still live like that guy in the intro. They're like 30, but I hear they can rock, though - so I guess that makes it worth it.

Thanks for posting this!  Good memories. We used to open for these guys back in the early-mid 90's. Do you have any later-era Problem Child live stuff (with Draeger)?
