There is a cover made in 94 by a French groupe called DIABOLO GUM.The beginning of the song is almost the same but then it becomes more noisy and louder than the CODEINE's version.

This is fully acoustic, the version I know has the band launching in on the 2nd half.  It's also a good bit faster. By Codeine standards this is pretty upbeat.
