I'm really not too keen on Peace Corps in Samoa. Money spent on their stay could be better spent on other economical projects to enhance the lives of Samoans.
"Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime" - The Peace Corps bring skills and ideas that might not available in the country they serve. We teach people how to improve their own lives with what they currently have. If we just gave them money, that would actually increase their dependence on outside financial assistance. While money is nice, it doesn't last very long here. But knowledge can last a lifetime.
lol.. palagi did quite well in hand movement as far as the forehand and backhand serving of ipu and ava..lol.
