There is no need to bitch about it. Its normal for games to get their release date pushed, and it was only a few months. If it was pushed more than twice or the release date was over a year instead of a few months. Than that's a reason.

EA games is fucking nothing to Square Enix games. Not in which is better. Square enix will delay their games for years. Final Fantasy XIII? Was originally supposed to be a PS2 game in 2006. Their Kingdom Hearts games get pushed back for atleast a year. 4 months is nothing to what I go through.

No, the release dates are the same. Sims 3 was pushed from Feb to June IMMEDIATLEY for both Canada and the US I lived in B.C. , Canada from 3-12-08 to 3-6-09 and EA showed the release date going from feb to June. Also, in late Jan into early Feb, EA started a "reflection" period, in which they decided that The Sims 3 would not release in February, however they did not rename a new release date, so Amazon put an ESTIMATED release before EA said June. And the game was delayed for new marketing.

umm idk where you got your sources from but The Sims 3 NEVER got delayed to March! the official EA announcement delayed it untill June 2, they changed the date on February 5, idk, you must be a little behind, but if you want to follow and real fansite. follow InfiniteSims or Simprograms, look them up on Google b/c i cannot post the link here b/c of stupid YT! Or just ask me, im always glad to help fellow Simmers! :D and they delayed it b/c the economy is horrible for them!

fair enough.. but i'm just tired of people getting tigh arsed about companies pushing back release dates. The reason they do it is so the product is actually finished upon release. The last game that was demanded early release by a large community of gamers was Dark and Light. The developers then went on to blame the community for the games failure because of the early release date demand. Alot of money was stolen.

Ah, seriously. In America the release date was always supposed to be Feb. 20 (we never had a pushback to march. sucks that you guys did though). Then what do they do? A little over two weeks away on Feb 2 they announce the June 2 pushback.

I was pretty much devastated. Whatever, all the bugs found during the creators camp had better be fixed, and if this game isn't out in June... no, I don't even want to go there.
