HOWEVER! mine had a diffrent problme, i was not getting a reading and my magnet was fine, i did my research and found out there is a small fuse on the circuit board towards the top of the siding tube, i got a knife, heated it up and cut out a square in the pastic tube, from there i could see the TINY TINY fuse, i took it out with a sodering ron and solders a beed across the fuse, WORK LIKE A CHARM, i then reinstalled the plastic square and melted the plastic together, probelm solved
wow reinstalled the magnet and pop the cap back on the bottom of the fuel baffle ...pure genius ...and the right cap that goes on the bottom of the baffle has a screen...
What did you set the volt meter on to check it?
