first of all the trousers are too baggy (we cant see much of the feet of the harstyle shuffling use some skinny ones for now), second when u do the running man halfway ur leg is too low so bring it up abit and third keeping practicing on speed .... i might even make a responce video for u..(im a beginer too but i still need too practice ;)) Hope it helps for now
