My idea is pull back all of my units back to my base and let them and my enemy recover. Then once when the enemy closes near nuke them and then attack their base. If they show resistance nuke 'em again!

Infantry out in the open like that is an instant heart attack in this game! I used to play this a ton, and tactics like that were met with tragedy very quickly. Part of the reason I stopped playing this game was because it was so stressful...

well, imo, paratroopers are better than riflemen cause they can call in artillery strikes

I played this in skimirsh, too. Use med Tank, Light Tank and Anti-Tank infantry and you are godlike against infantry *g*
